Despite being the third biggest Island in the world, Borneo is still properly uncharted in OSM. Especially, the Kalimantan part (Indonesia). HOT in Indonesia is going to launch a collaboration project to chart the Eastern and Southern part of Kalimantan. However, we don't want to leave behind the other part of Kalimantan, so we create this task to map one of the most important city in Kalimantan, Pontianak.

Physically, on January 25 2015, OpenStreetMap Indonesia Community will meet to hold a mapathon and work on this task together. You are more than welcome to join us and chart from the distance, wherever you are.

Don't forget to use the #OSM_IDMAPATHON and #Map4PNK hashtags on the comment, so that we can quantitatively measure this effort later.

Happy Mapping!
