We will be tracing many features for this job so please only work on it if you are an experienced mapper who knows how to tag them all.

For these high importance areas around Ebola Treatment Centers (ETCs) we want to map as much detail as we possibly can. This means all roads, buildings, identifiable landuses, waterways, wells, cemeteries, and any other things that we can identify in the aerial imagery.

For the ETCs in the Freetown area, this will be a major challenge to do such detail over such a wide area so it makes sense to start near the center of each zone of interest and work our way out from there. Eventually we will map freetown completely anyway, but these areas of interest are higher priority and should receive greater coverage of detail than just a normal "roads and buildings" job.

For landuse we are only interested in "small" areas of landuse, if the whole area is forested (for example) do not make 'squares' of landuse for each tile boundary in the job. Trace the landuse that is in your tile and follow it to its complete extent right away. For this reason it is a good idea to avoid working on a tile next to someone else to avoid duplicating features since people will likely be mapping a bit outside of their own tile.

As usual, add appropriate source (probably Bing) and changeset comments to describe what you did.
