Please do not continue working on this job, There is now post-Haiyan imagery available that covers the complete area..
Mapping buildings in Tacloban, the city most likely to be affected by typhoon Haiyan.
There have already been about 2,500 people evacuated in this town and relief efforts (if they come) are likely to be centred there. Although the population is fairly large, the town is pretty packed together and mapping it should not take too long.

- #hotosm-task-338 When saving your work, please leave the default comment but add what you actually mapped, for example "added buildings and a residential road".
Please map all buildings carefully using bing.
Local mappers have used some fairly large bing offsets as noted here. You should shift the alignment of bing imagery to match the surrounding data before beginning tracing (The Using imagery page may offer a useful guide)
Although this is a strong typhoon likely to cause a lot of damage, we have some time before relief efforts (if they are needed) arrive in the city, so there is no need to go into 'panic mode' and map quickly, but rather to map with full attention to detail if the map ends up being needed later.
