This is a task to map the roads, buildings, rivers and residential areas in the predicted coastal landfall area for Hurricane Patricia. The purpose of the task is to:
Quickly build out a complete road network for the area so that aid can be delivered quickly in the aftermath of the hurricane
Create buildings that can be used to pinpoint where to deliver assistance in the relief phase and assess damages to homes during the later recovery
Show where major populations centers are for general humanitarian planning purposes

Map all the buildings, roads, and residential "landuses" you encounter
Use Digital Globe imagery (link above) to trace features. To use the Digital Globe imagery add it to your JOSM or iD editor; if unsure how in JOSM follow this guide. Use the built-in Bing and Mapbox imagery to double check tricky features.
Please work in high priority areas first and lower priorities areas second. We have prioritized known population centers in this task.
You will likely need to split the tiles for urban areas.
